2. WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA?

3. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT FROM OUR CUSTOMERS, HOW DO WE USE IT AND ON WHAT BASIS?

5. WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
NICI stores the personal data you provide to us on servers that are in a secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
We adopt the necessary and adequate technical, electronic and organizational procedures to guarantee the security of your personal data and to prevent its loss, misuse or improper access.

NOTICE - RGPD

One of NICI PORTUGAL-REPRESENTAÇÕES, SA, has as one of its priorities strict compliance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, guaranteeing the security of all personal data that are processed.

Nevertheless, and despite all the security means employed by society to ensure the protection of your personal data, we regret to inform you that, on October 3, 2018, we detected undue access to our server and the encryption of some of the files stored. In view of the event, your personal data, namely those relating to name, address, TIN and IBAN, may have been improperly accessed by unauthorized third parties, with the possible consequence of losing control over the destination of the data and the possibility of use fraudulent use of them. As far as we were able to ascertain, no financial data, passwords, or any other vital personal data were compromised.

In order to mitigate the possible negative effects resulting from this malicious external act, we immediately adopted extraordinary security measures, such as increasing restrictions on external access to the server, changing server access passwords and increasing the number of copies which are fully implemented to date. In any case, we recommend that you adopt the security measures you deem appropriate to mitigate this situation.
